At Woodgate Primary Academy, we believe that children achieve their very best when school and home work together in partnership. Our Home–School Agreement reflects our shared commitment to creating a positive, supportive and successful learning environment where every child can flourish. The agreement sets out the responsibilities of the school, parents and carers, and pupils, helping us to establish clear expectations and strong relationships built on trust, respect and communication.
By working together, we can ensure that children feel safe, valued and supported throughout their educational journey. The agreement encourages open communication between home and school, promotes regular attendance, positive behaviour and a love of learning, and recognises the important role that families play in supporting their child’s development both academically and personally.
We ask all parents and carers to take the time to read and discuss the agreement with their child. By embracing these shared commitments, we can build a strong partnership that enables every child to grow in confidence, develop a sense of responsibility and achieve their full potential as part of the Woodgate community.
